MicroAZ is a microbiological root stimulator developed to increase root mass and improve stand development.

MicroAZ is a proprietary formulation of the bacteria Azospirillum. This bacteria has been studied since the early 1970’s and is known to attach itself to plant root hairs and fix nitrogen from the atmosphere (Neyra and Döbereiner 1977).

TerraMax’s unique and effective stabilization media solves a long-standing problem with previous Azospirillum products, in that we have demonstrated shelf life of two years. This means our bacteria will be viable and active when necessary.
